Shop for the freshest ingredients in local markets.  Then experience hands-on instruction given in English to prepare the cuisines you have always wanted to learn -- whether Italian, French, Spanish, Mexican, Morrocan, Turkish, Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese -- the choices are yours!

Classes can be for one afternoon, one full day to 3 days, 5 days, 7 days or longer.  We will arrange for you to stay in a chateau, a villa or attend a culinary school.  Instruction can be provided to a small group or, if you prefer, privately with the chef -- ask us.  We can arrange whatever type of program you want to experience -- anywhere in the world!
